Focused on adult learning principles, she has offered a range of training delivery methods including, on-the-job, instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and blended. She has delivered training to various stakeholders from front-line staff to top executives on compliance and professional skills training including conflict resolution, change management, leadership, coaching, facilitation skills and operational excellence.

Megan brings to the table 14 years of senior professional Human Resources experience. Megan has experience leading HR teams through every organizational challenge and change imaginable – recessions, restructuring and regional and global mergers & acquisitions, having achieved award-winning Top Employer status throughout. A true generalist in experience, Megan has envisioned and executed innovative talent management strategies focussed on Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and HR Technology Transformation.
Megan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
Deanna Isfeld, PCC, CCDP
When Deanna’s not working, she can be found adventuring with her dog, drinking coffee, travelling, and practicing and teaching yoga.
Deanna holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Career Development Practitioner. She has a Diploma of Technology – Finance from B.C.I.T, a Certificate in Advanced Facilitation and Consultation from the Justice Institute of B.C., along with completion of both the Mediation and Workplace Conflict programs from the Justice Institute of B.C. and is a Certified Level II Myers-Briggs Facilitator.
